Prescription Refills

Ordering refills for prescriptions is very conveniently done through email. Send an email to adobepharm@gmail.com. In the email, please include the following information:

Your Name

Your Phone Number

Your Pet's Name and Species (dog, cat, etc)

Your Adobe Account Number

Prescription to refill

You can also call the Pharmacy at (650) 209-9303 to request a prescription refill over the phone. We request a minimum of 24 hours to refill a prescription. Please plan accordingly.

Note: If your pet has not had an exam within the past year, we cannot refill prescription medication or prescription food by California law. Please call the Pharmacy for details.

You can pick up prescriptions during regular Pharmacy hours:

Monday - Friday 8AM - 8PM

Saturday - Sunday 8AM - 7PM

Has life gotten too busy lately? No time to stop by and pick up the prescription? Please call the Pharmacy to arrange for the prescription to be mailed to you.
