Changes to Adobe Services due COVID-19 Response – updated 5/20/21
Adobe has made the following changes to our services in response to the COVID-19 outbreak. We are following recommendations laid out by the CDC and Santa Clara Dept. of Public Health. We are finding creative ways to help you take care of your pets while keeping you and our staff as safe and healthy as possible. Please be patient with us as the requirements are changing daily and our staff, like you, are impacted by school closing and family health concerns.
Los Altos: Please call 650-948-9661 when you arrive for an appointment, surgery or urgent care/emergency
Los Gatos: Please go into the Marketplace and check in with the virtual CSR on the screen just as you enter.
We are currently only allowing clients in the hospitals if you are euthanizing your pet, they are in the ICU or there is a grave emergency. Please check with our staff about the number of people allowed in and please wear a mask at all times while in the building.
Our urgent care services remain available 24/7 at Los Altos for existing Adobe Clients Only (Los Gatos is not taking urgent care or emergencies)
If your pet is sick, please check in with our chat team at www.adobe-animal.com to confirm your pet needs to be seen. Please let us know if you or anyone in your family is ill, quarantined or exposed to COVID-19 so that we can help your pet and protect our staff
We are scheduling annual exams and routine wellness at both locations
Appointments are being scheduled up to one month out for wellness appts. Appointments may be limited over 1 month out to allow for flexibility in our schedule for our teams during this unusual time.
Adobe Animal Hospital is not seeing new patients at this time for preventive, emergency, or urgent care services. To learn more, click here.
