Special Interests: Evidence-based medicine & the latest diagnostic imaging technology
Pets: Mila, our mini Australian Shepherd Mix, has quite the personality and keeps us entertained with her playful antics. Meanwhile, Mooli and Poori, our two domestic short-haired cats, are the true rulers of the household.
I was born and raised in Iran, and from a young age, I’ve had a deep love for animals. After finishing veterinary school with honors, I moved to Canada and pursued a master’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Calgary. My research on modeling vascular diseases in zebrafish led to publications and highlighted the potential for such models to treat blood vessel disorders in both humans and animals.
I completed my veterinary clinical training at the LSU School of Veterinary Medicine, where I extended my skills and developed a deep love for evidence-based medicine and the latest diagnostic imaging technology, recognizing their significant value in advancing our ability to accurately diagnose and treat diseases in animals.
When I’m not at work, my husband and I love to spend quality time with our family and friends. I enjoy hiking, playing tennis, and practicing piano. But our most beloved companions are our three furry friends. Mila, our mini Australian Shepherd Mix, has quite the personality and keeps us entertained with her playful antics. Meanwhile, Mooli and Poori, our two domestic short-haired cats, are the true rulers of the household.
As a life-long learner, I am thrilled to be a part of the Adobe team, which values creativity and collaboration. I strongly believe in taking a collaborative approach to veterinary care, working closely with pet owners to create personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each animal. As an advocate for animal rights, I prioritize the welfare of all animals and strive to provide the best possible care for every pet.
Looking forward to meeting you and your beloved pet!
