Having spent time in various areas of the United States, I am happy to finally call California my home! I grew up near Fort Worth, Texas and traveled to New Jersey for my undergraduate education at Princeton University. I spent four years competing on the varsity diving team and I graduated with a degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. I then traveled to the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine where I obtained my DVM. After graduating from veterinary school, I completed an internship at East Bay Veterinary Specialists and Emergency in Walnut Creek, California.
Through the collective experiences in my veterinary career, I have developed a strong interest in emergency medicine as well as the application of advanced ultrasonography. I am extremely devoted to client education and my priority is to ensure that every owner is thoroughly informed about their pet’s health and treatment options. I truly enjoy getting to know my clients and their talented companion animals and I hope that we can work together to reach our goals for a happy healthy life.
Outside of the hospital, I enjoy hiking, traveling, cooking, and laughing at a good pun. I love spending time with my husband Ryan and our two daughters Lucia and Daniela.
