Appointment Information

VISITING FOR THE FIRST TIME

Please contact our online chat operators, or call our Los Altos hospital to schedule an appointment for either of our locations.  At this time we do not offer online appointment scheduling, except for video visits (scheduled through the TeleVet app).

For your first visit, you will be asked to complete a new patient registration form. Alternatively, you can print the form, complete it at home, and bring it in with you to your visit. New Client Form-Click Here To Print

*Please note, we are currently only accepting new clients for Emergency and Urgent Care.  We are not scheduling new client exams at this time.
 

REGULAR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS

Los Altos 7:00am – 7:00pm everyday, including weekends.

Los Gatos 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday

*Please consider making appointments for annual exams several weeks in advance. Also, make sure your pet’s annual exam is up to date so you can use our video visit services, schedule Technician Appointments, and continue to get medication refills.

LATE POLICY FOR REGULAR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS

If you are late for your appointment, it is likely that we will need to reschedule you for another day and time. If your pet is sick or injured, we may be able to still see them through Urgent Care (Urgent Care fees will apply). Please check in with the front desk when you arrive and they can review your options with you.  

URGENT CARE AND EMERGENCIES

Los Altos: 24 hours a day, and 365 days a year

Los Gatos: Currently is not providing Emergency or Urgent Care, available by appointment only

TECHNICIAN APPOINTMENTS

Technician appointments are available at both locations from 8am-4pm on our regular business days (not available on holidays). If your pet has a current annual exam, you can schedule a visit with a Technician for some medical procedures such as vaccines, blood draws, medication administration, and giving subcutaneous fluids. We recommend calling at least two weeks in advance to schedule a Technician Appointment to help reduce the wait time during your visit.

HEALTH CERTIFICATE APPOINTMENTS

Adobe has many APHIS/ USDA accredited Veterinarians who can issue domestic and international Health Certificates for pet travel. We ask that you schedule these appointments in advance, as we are unable to issue these certificates through Emergency or Urgent Care visits. Please contact your airline, and visit the following website to ensure that you are meeting all pet travel requirements: www.aphis.usda.gov/aphis/pet-travel

Los Altos: 8am-9pm everyday, including weekends

Los Gatos: 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday

SURGERY APPOINTMENTS

Thank you for entrusting us with your pets surgical and dental therapy needs. You may submit a surgical or dental request by filling out the form below, or contacting us via email.

Please allow up to 72 hours for a response for elective surgical procedures, and up to 10 days for dental therapy requests. To help expedite the process, please let us know your name, your pet’s name, the surgical procedure you would like to schedule, and if you have a preferred date or doctor. Please note that our dental therapy appointments frequently book 1-2 months or more in advance.

*Please note that we can not schedule surgical procedures for a patient that has not had a regular office visit at Adobe within the previous six months.
