What To Expect
LATE POLICY FOR REGULAR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS
If you are late for your appointment, it is likely that we will need to reschedule you for another day and time. If your pet is sick or injured, we may be able to still see them through Urgent Care (Urgent Care fees will apply). Please check in with the front desk when you arrive and they can review your options with you.
URGENT CARE AND EMERGENCIES FOR EXISTING ADOBE CLIENTS
Los Altos: 24 hours a day, and 365 days a year
Los Gatos: Currently is not providing Emergency or Urgent Care, available by appointment only
Technician appointments are available at both locations from 8am-4pm on our regular business days (not available on holidays). If your pet has a current annual exam, you can schedule a visit with a Technician for some medical procedures such as vaccines, blood draws, medication administration, and giving subcutaneous fluids. We recommend calling at least two weeks in advance to schedule a Technician Appointment to help reduce the wait time during your visit.
Los Altos: 8am-9pm everyday, including weekends
Los Gatos: 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday

Please allow up to 72 hours for a response for elective surgical procedures, and up to 10 days for dental therapy requests. To help expedite the process, please let us know your name, your pet’s name, the surgical procedure you would like to schedule, and if you have a preferred date or doctor. Please note that our dental therapy appointments frequently book 1-2 months or more in advance.
*Please note that we can not schedule surgical procedures for a patient that has not had a regular office visit at Adobe within the previous six months.
